商业保险介入社会医疗保险的若干思考
【摘要】本文通过研究国外医疗保障体系改革趋势和分析我国部分地区探索，提出积极发展商业健康保险的重要性和意义。同时，进一步分析在我国现行医疗保障体系下，商业健康保险公司介入社会医疗保险的可行性，归纳现有的介入模式，提出社会医疗保险与商业健康保险合作共赢的对策建议。
